In order to strengthen its management team and sustain its leadership position, a major player in both Manufacturing and importation, marketing and distribution of FMCG seeks to urgently fill the following vacant positions for immediate employment.
MARKETING MANAGER (REF: HR/ADM 101)
Reports To: General Manager, Sales and Marketing
Key Responsibilities
• Formulate and execute marketing strategies to promote group.
• brands commercial success and to achieve desired annual sales volume and market share objectives
• Coordinate and ensure the development and execution of advertising and media strategy for the group brands
• Initiate and coordinate the execution of effective consumer and trade promotions
• Review periodically, champion and implement product development and packaging initiatives to rejuvenate the brands
• Initiate and coordinate relevant research to aid effective brand management and marketing decision making
• Initiate and coordinate the implementation of BTL advertising strategy
• Effectively manage the brand marketing team to deliver on the brands marketing objectives
Job Specification
• A minimum of B.Sc. or HND in Business Administration, Marketing or in any of the social sciences.
• An MBA or relevant M.Sc. will be an added advantage
• A minimum of 10 years experience post graduation, preferably in the food and beverage industry and in a structure business organization.
• Have at least 3-4 years cognate experience in a similar position in the FMCG or manufacturing industry
• Position requires maturity and managerial discipline; age limit is 40 years
• Should be computer literate and conversant with common business software application.
MATERIAL AND LOGISTICS MANAGER (REF: HR/ADM 003)
Key Responsibilities
The appointee will amongst other things will be responsible for,
• Liaise with user department in respect of production material needs in compliance with company laid down procedures.
• Effectively manage material usage to avoid redundant stocks and stock outs.
• Monitor the process of taking data towards materials procurement.
• Keep accurate vendor records.
• Liaise with suppliers in order to ensure prompt submission and delivery of quotations and materials
• Keep abreast of current market prices.
• Maintain supplier's data of procured documents.
• Coordinate the process of raising LPOs for production materials and follow upon same Materials planning and management.
• Source and verify prices for raw materials needed in the factory and provision of utilities. Ensure prompt delivery of both local and imported materials.
Requirements
The Suitable candidate must
• Possess an A first degree in any of the Social Sciences
• Strong analytical skills and result oriented
• Have a minimum of 2 post graduation experience in a FMCG sector or a Manufacturing company Must be computer literate
• Not below 28years of age
